• Server Application: Experienced and Administration in Microsoft NT4; 2000 (Advanced) Server and Windows 2003 Server, including both installation, configuration and admin of BackOffice 4.5 and BackOffice 2000 products
• Component Server Products includes Proxy / ISA Server, Exchange Server, IIS, SMS, WSUS, SQL, Terminal Server
• Backup applications: Various types which includes Cheyenne ArcServe and Backup Exec 9.1
• Graphics: Paint Shop Pro, Adobe Photo Shop, some 3D applications and animations. 
• Application Software: Microsoft Office (all versions): Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc. Very familiar with other variants of office applications such as Novell Office, Corel 6.x – 8.x, Lotus Notes
• Communication: Most applications, especially in Exchange and Outlook environments, Lotus Notes and Lotus Domino Server.
• Security: Various other securities issues such as firewalls and Anti Virus utilities.
• Protocols: Most common protocols in Windows Networking Infrastructure

• Multimedia: Most related, creative, editors, playback, recording and publishing software.

• Website Designing: Primarily use FrontPage to edit, design and administrate several domains including my home based Internet server. Other tools such as Macromedia Dreamweaver are used.
• Programming: HTML, limited Java and Flash experience, but very capable to edit and change Java scripts, CGI scripts. Eager to learn Flash 4/5 and additional programming software such as Java CGI and C++ to further my abilities.

• IBM PC compatible hardware and components such as main boards, memory, CPU, VGA cards, IO, SCSI etc. (This includes brand names such as Compaq, IBM or Packard Bell)
